Its a bastard of a job tho, and the kits cost more as it has to be a special vinyl :thumbsup:

Paint the section you want the stripes painting on, the colour you want, then apply the decals and paint the colour of the car over that, then un-peel the stickers :thumbsup::beer:

 

Might just have to rub down the lip left a little bit, then lacquer over that :thumbsup:

 

 

Were doing that with a mustang at work for a tight arse customer :mrgreen:

My RS stripes are painted on, well were til i rubbed it all down :lol: The guy had masked it up and painted them, work of art, but most of taken him ages :shock:

 

But yeah, thats the easier way to do it, use them as a stencil instead of having a stencil made :thumbsup: you might be able to rub the lipped edges down with some G3 (if you get any at all) :thumbsup:

 

 

And yeah, as others have said DMB can pretty much do anything custom, just look at Popeyes Mk1 :thumbsup::thumbsup::beer:
