Nothing against modding, but it does not sit right, wheels look out of place,

So it's a Fiesta really, and someone has bolted onto it the 100E panels body shell

 

No longer a 100e in my eyes

You could look at it as the coolest Fiesta you could ever buy !!!!

 

I like it, you get the old skool looks in something that should drive like a modern car.

 

With the correct parts fitted the car could be very fast and handle well too, all of which would be very simple now someone has done the hard work.

that is mad!! take a rear wheel drive car,which is a great starting point,and then spend weeks on a conversion to er,front wheel drive??

i reckon it would be heavy,wont handle or accelerate,lots of spinning wheels,etc

the question is why not go zetec to the rear wheels,got to be easier but hats off for determination!

i do feel inspired tho ,im going to take a 50s bsa motorbike and turn it into a fwd moped!!!

i can clearly see both sides to it but my first thoughts were that looked good then read it and a very dissapointing read learning that its front wheel drive, if i wanted another old skool ford it wouldnt be for me, if i was 17 and getting it on classic insurance it would be a great first car !

I've seen quite a few 100E's converted to FWD. I wonder why??

It's not like ya see loads of other old skool RWD cars converted to FWD as well....just 100E's

i dont understand how this has been done and is it even legal as in 90 percent is fiesta floorpan etc is fiesta as interior are fiesta seats and steering wheel etc as you look in engine bay suspension top turrets are fiesta so its a fiesta in my eyes its just body panels that are 100e so can it really have 100e number plates on it ? its like a mk1 escort i saw with a mk2 front end does that make it a mk2 then ? i know its the other way round but i would say more than half of it is fiesta ?
