fuel tank breather

on the top of my new petrol tank is a fitting I belive is for a breather, can I just fit a small tube onto this loop it down and thought he boot floor or is there more to it then that?

can't say if it's right or not but mine just has a tube that goes down through the floor

I have mine venting in the cabin.

mine ran down and out through a hole in rear valence (its the hole for wires to fog lamp that i don't have) behind the rear bumper so you cant see it

if its the vent hole then yes a tube out and down will be good enough. In rally cars to pass scrutineering it has to have some loops in it so if you roll it doesnt spill out (obvious fire hazard).

Might be worth having it come up, coil round a couple of times then down, ideally not near your exhaust! hope that helps. LG
