Bingo, most a lot of folk left from Boxhill to go to CF show and others were probably at home last moment tinkering or polishing

The difficulty we have with the middle part of the year is that there are always 2 or 3 shows that we could go to each week-end so it becomes difficult choosing a date for Boxhill that doesn't clash with anything else ... anyway care to put forward any potential dates?

Howabout an old fahioned mid week evening meet, midsummer day or some thing at

 

Newlands corner ( No barrier/curfew there) ?

why not just put the word out they will be a meet at boxhill on a said date

see what responce YOU get then just go. its a public car park so dont need am appointment

As Wayne said, there is nothing stopping anyone at any time meeting in a ANY public place for a get together

 

If you want an official one organised, did anyone have any preferential dates?

 

I've looked at the show calendar and Saturday 7th July could be a possible date as the only thing happening that I can see that day is Historic Vehicle gathering at Powderham Castle Exeter,

 

Or the 28th July??

Just a thought but somebody who lives close by had better check out that the car park is still accessible as they have started closing it all off ready for the olympic cycling event around Boxhill.....
