We had one back in September and it was a respectable turn out and we had a good larf - Emu (Richard) even had an altercation with a dog but that's a story for another day So, what I was thinking was ... meet at Portsdown Hill for a cuppa and a chat and then a drive down to Southsea sea front/fairground and have a bit of a mingle there. Maybe a Sunday afternoon say about 3 or 4 ish to meet at Portsdown, hang around for half hour maybe and then a little drive down to the front?? Comments please Dates please?? Maybe Sunday 11th Feb??

mk1nurburg Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 heres the directions that 'capriclive' put up from the first meet for if anyone needs them. from southampton; come off M27 junc 12. at traffic lights, straight across (signposted paulsgrove, cosham. keep in left lane. straight through 3 sets of lights until you reach roundabout (first one you come to) at roundabout left. at lights, left (QA hospital) past hospital, up hill to small roundabout. 3rd exit PORTSDOWN HILL. follow until just after churchillian pub turn right into viewpoint car park. sounds difficult, but once off junc 12 about 3 mins away. hope this helps. cheers. paul
