Anyone know where I can buy a new steering column nut to hold my steering wheel on, I found someone selling them on eBay second hand for £10 each there's gotta be some cheaper ones somewhere

Mk1 Escort steering column top nut should be a 9/16 UNF Nyloc. If you've got a mk2 column fitted it'll be M16. Don't spend a ridiculous 10 quid on them as it'll probably cost you about 50 pence from a local nut and bolt shop.
