whitey Posted July 20, 2013 Report Posted July 20, 2013 I went last year, was well worth doing , for those who are camping, on the saturday, retrorides have organised a trip to another hillclimb. the sunday show is good with a wide variety of cars and of course the hillclimb . Dont forget to have a beer in the bugatti owners club bar food is good to . i went up the hillclimb for fun and i can recomend it ,get early to cue thou and be carefull up the top of the hill on the last corner it can be pretty interesting: ). ill be on the S.O.S stand this year but will wonder over to check out Vistas van and all your other cars. here is me going up the hill first run got used to it after the 6th one : ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZ_uGKkGl7Q
The Transplanter Posted July 21, 2013 Report Posted July 21, 2013 I will be there all weekend again but I wont be in an OSF, but in my Chevy Pickup if all goes to plan If it is your first time I would recommend a weekend ticket and get there Friday afternoon if you can as the atmosphere on the campsite is not to be missed. Also if you want to take your car up the hill, you will need to get to the signing on office bloody early Sunday morning if you want to secure some runs as space runs out very quickly And Shelsea Walsh on the Saturday is an hours drive from Prescot but worth the visit, I went last and will be going again Al
