i have just joined the site so thought i would post a few pics up of my rare ford escort ghia si in gold,which is rare to find nowadays and took me a few yrs in which to find it,it's never been welded and has been fully wax oiled all of its life.im intending to start bringing it to some shows in the future to meet up with some people that on here.

It doesn't mean that we don't like newer Fords, your MKVb looks lovely I don't remember ever seeing one in that colour.  Yesterday I saw in a supermarket carpark a very clean MKVb it was an L reg LX in I think Tourmaline Green a local car and it looked spot on, not a bit of rust not even on the rear arches.  That had the tan dashboard like yours (much nicer than the black).  I wouldn't mind acquiring it for preservation myself.

You are more than welcone to stay and be on here but your car which is very nice would be more at home on a specialist forum for newer models.
