Will stick to watching it on my TV this year. My wife asked me if, for my birthday, I'd like some good tickets to see it. I said yes but I'm guessing you haven't actually checked how much "good" tickets are?

I paid £800 for two 'Grandstand' tickets that were right at the start of the start/finish straight. i.e Nothing special really

 

And THAT was 10yrs ago!!

You obviously like ''mayhem'' i will watch it on the telly , im not a fan of traffic jams though going on the friday may be the best way .........Good luck (traffic wise) and have a good weekend......... :thumbsup::D

Tickets bought 3 months ago! thought it was time I went again, the last 'premium' race I saw was in 1953 at Brands hatch  :-D

We were on the pit straight opposite one of the big screens so we could keep an eye on the race and positions, really good day with perfect weather, will deffo be going next year :thumbsup:

Yeah, brilliant weekend, superb weather and went with a good bunch of guys! Got there 10:30 on the Friday...... No queues, left 8:30 on Monday........ No queues!

Couldn't find anyone else I knew there even though I knew they were on the same campsite, it was so huge.
