BaileyMex Posted September 23, 2006 Author Report Posted September 23, 2006 Cheers guys, I'm having one refurbished at the mo and I've noticed that some seem to be mounted at different heights etc, like Baz's compared to Twinks, they sit at different heights, Did you make your own brackets or did you have to do any chopping of the rad panel?

Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 same as mk1 tranny in case your wondering No there not mate, the MK1 transit has much bigger diameter inlet and outlets as i found out when i brought one for the orange car, then had to spend £57 on silicone hoses with reducers to get it to fit on the waterpump and thermostat housing As for fitting the rad in the green car is from a Lotus cortina and i had to make brackets for both i think but deffo for the transit rad as its wider
