Hey I passed first time and I'm a girl. To be fair though, I don't think I should have passed. :) My driving was diabolical. I stalled, reversed over a kerb wasn't very successful at my emergency stop and just generally made a pigs ear of it all. I think my examiner had a good day. :D I went home and looked for my first Mk1 Escort then. :D:D

Good luck next time. Take your time (it's not a race) and you know what to expect next time. Stay calm :!::!::!:

It wasn't my dad coz he's not at work today!

Sorry

Keep an eye on available test dates from their website. I booked my test online.

Apparently u have to wait a minimum of 14 days or something (i could be wrong).

You must be feeling pretty bummed out atm :big hug:

But...on the plus side at least u know what to expect and just get them lessons in till ur next test.

We're still proud of ya buddy!!!

 I was really anoyed there was no reason for the man to touch anything and he just completely over reacted (twice!)

I should have passed it today even my instructor said you stand very little chance if they put someone else in with the examiner to see if hes doing the job properly

But as i said before i aint gonna cry over spilt milk and next time im going to make sure theres nothing he can fail me and im gona make my right blind spot checks very obvious because he said i wasnt looking there at all

I flipping well was

Sorry to hear you didn't pass matey. I passed second time - first time I got a major for not stopping for a car while reversing round a corner (oops). Second time I had the examiners examiner as well in the car and I really don't know how I passed I was so nervous I couldn't even get my foot to stop shaking on the throttle.

The one thing that probably passed me was the amount of driving experience I got in between my first and second tests - drove so much I think I bored everyone in my family - drove up from maidstone and through central london, drove in -7 degrees (it was about this time of year), so when I got to test day there really wasn't much they could ahve thrown at me.

Just remember the biggest learning curve will be when you have you lisence and start driving on your own. Thats when you actually start learning to drive. The test is just a load of hoops to jump through - once you've done that there's no stopping you.

Turn in the road - I thought that was what the handbarke was for... :D

unlucky mate, as previously said, the learning really starts when you have passed.
