nico14 Posted September 16, 2013 Author Report Posted September 16, 2013 merci . this morning i receive an order by burton power for my escort mk1 - blocks 2" lowering kit - quickrack metric 2.4 short stem ( lhd ) - tie roid end rs2000 lmetric - twin cam anti-roll bar 20mm - radius arm kit - top mounts collars 5/8" - TCA lh/rh on the quick rack the reference is : LHD , but the model is RHD i called burton this morning for ask : how is possible to post the parts without check if they are good ? they don't know , i must return the quick rack for exchange , i pay the postage coming soon , any other parts ( wheels , suspension , exhaust system , tyres , brake kit , coil over insert .... )

Shouldn't make any difference if they sent out the wrong part in error. Their mistake=their responsibility to correct it. Did you pay by credit card? If so it might be worth discussing the issue with them.
