Danish Posted March 24, 2014 Report Posted March 24, 2014 For my current job there were 4 interviews. Absolutely gruelling and by the end I wasn't sure I wanted the job! I had psychometric tests in another job, all sorts of questions about how you approach problems/situations. It produced a profile showing allegedly how passive/agressive you are, whether you lead or follow, are you innovative, etc. If they show you photos of ink blots whatever you do, don't say the blot looks like two goats having sex.
