I am at the point of my build that I need to start looking at insurance, car is pretty much rolling although a few weeks away from MOT etc, aiming for a Classic Ford dead line.

Car is a heavily modified mk2 Cortina, Engine, drive train, suspension, brakes, cage pretty much every thing to make it go has been changed.

So any recommendations of a company that wont hurt me to much will be appreciated.

Thanks

Jamie

My escort is with Cherished Vehicle Insurance. All mods listed etc. Ask to speak to Greg, he's a classic ford enthusiast / owner so really easy to deal with and will get you a good price.

Friendly and got a decent price for my age only being 23 some people wouldnt insure me :)

Im with Aplan with My Mk1 less than £200 with everything listed and pics sent off, Flux offered me a spacial one day only amazing deal of £450 :eeek:  :dope:  #

I spoke to Matthew aswell Cool guy actually understands what your talking about

I wanted to move my Caterham to them but oddly they couldn't do any more than match Flux but couldn't offer me 3rd party on other cars

Used to be with Flux  :shit:

Now with Lancaster

Got a quote from Cherished & they're £40 less than I'm paying with Lancaster, with Michelle added to the policy too putting it at under £100 for the year so may have to switch
