katana Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 Just went out to get some stuff from my garage and found it and another that I rent to store the car had been turned over ! ! ! Seems they were selective in what they took - my TIG welder and bottle from one and the Pinto engine that was out of the RS from the other. Haven't been able to tell if anything else is gone yet as the Rozzers are yet to turn up! Looks like the locks were picked as no particular damage that I could see. Scumbags of the first order - I have my suspicions who it was but proving it is another matter!

Well if that turns up with a tired looking, blue blocked pinto and new Bosch dizzy we have a winner! All a bit too close to home! Mine was any time between Thursday night & today! I'm normally in and out of mine with the bike but had Friday off so didn't go out there all day! Needless to say the Fuzz are yet to turn up - not impressed! 1

I was totally gutted and the police where little or no help. Not one item was recovered, and the police reckoned that my items where winging there way to eastern Europe in the back of a van. Just keep your eye on flea bay and scumtree and you never know they may be thick enough to advertise their ill gotten gains on there!
katana Posted October 19, 2014 Author Report Posted October 19, 2014 Just been out to clean up the mess and found another item missing - Inlet manifold, carb and RS2000 branded K&N filter. I understand these don't come up to often so keep your eyes and ears open - they deffo knew what they were looking for. Pic. to follow once i've scanned the original photograph.
