Had 5 minutes today so I thought I would fit the Mexico decal to my wall.

My first impressions of the vinyl were that it is complete shite, not sure if its just cheap crap vinyl or is damp damaged or something

So I was hoping I could squeegy out all the wrinkles, but no, this stuff is proper crap. On top of this the vinyl outer cover had more bite to it than the decal itself, and even with care it removed some paint from the wall as you can see in the pic below.

And another thing that is annoying me is the glossyness of the decal which has a horrible glare to it.

As you can tell in pretty hacked off about it, and this is to warn other to stay well clear of this product

I have been in contact with the ebay seller and currently awaiting a response

you can see the paint that come off the wall under the door handle

Best case senerio is I either leave it as is, which will probably piss me off every time I see it, or I peel it off and repaint the wall  :mad2:

I tried vinyl wrapping the bed cover on Monday with high quality 3M wrap and I just couldn't do it. After 2 hrs I gave up. Wrapping such a large expanse was just too difficult for us so I will take it to a pro once MOT'd
