Stolen in 1968......and recovered en route to the Netherlands!

An E-type stolen in 1968 was recovered last year in a shipping container en route from the US to the Netherlands!

There's hope yet for the stolen Fords out there!

Only consolation in that it's worth more now then when it was stolen, Is the the owner still around to get his or her car back! Glad I don't hold my breath for the couple of vehicles we've had stolen.

That's a great story, glad he got his car back after all those years. 82 years old and back with his XKE, I hope he gets it restored in time so he can enjoy it again. I would like to hear the story from the guy who said it'd been in his garage for the last 40 years!
