Trouble is, the reg is showing the car has been untaxed since 2008. My uncle, who lives in Ireland, sold this car "about" 2/3 years ago. Apparently it was in a magazine years ago, as Ford gave it away as a prize. Is this ringing any bells with anyone?? Really, what I'm after is some decent photos of it, as he never took any. I can verify his name/details etc via PM is anyone knows/owns it now but is suspicious of my asking. Thanks

If it was (and still is) registered in Ireland then it won't show up in a DVLA search as Ireland counts as exporting the car. The old DVLA system used to show if a car had an export marker on it but this new ones doesn't 1
