DT36 Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 Picked a few bits up from Hydro Dipping last Friday and pleased with how they've turned out. Were fairly scruffy in the past, but look cleaner now. Carb top covers and trumpets are next on my list. Also used the same guy to Powder Coat my wheels and some engine bits. Looking cleaner now, but can't go anywhere in it until I rebuild my back axle, after snapping my drive shaft last weekend. Will probably make a start on it after I've peeled the spuds for today's lunch... 3
colr6 Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 Surprising how they can transform the look of things. Does look good 1
Brenda1978 Posted May 3, 2016 Report Posted May 3, 2016 Apparently hydro dipping is not that difficult and can be done at home. I watched some motorcycle parts being dipped in a home made set up and the end result was good 1
