HE HAS ONLY GONE AND SHEARED A BRAKE LINE SO NOW IM PIKCING IT UP TOMMOROW! its just problem after problem with this fooking car i was so excited to finally see my baaby all fixed up! AND NOW IVE GOTTA WAIT ANOTHER 24HOURS! Unfortunately it happens mate. Im sure a lot of people on here have done jobs on there cars that have started as one thing and ended up having to do something seemingly unrelated. You only have to read through the projects section to see what I mean. Dont get disheartened. Your better off having a delay getting it back, and it being right rather than getting it back on time and it being wrong.

mk2 stu Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 I'm in the middle of doing some resto work for another member at the mo, let me tell you there is so much pressure we're under especially as he's another oldskooler!! things have to be done right and they take time. The guy we're doing it for is a top bloke and has given us plenty of time to finish. When its all done i'm hoping he'll let us post a load of pictures of it. Should look stunning, its a mk1 with mex arches, thats all i'm saying!! Dont panic antz, these thing take time and set backs are part of the long journey, i'm sure you'll be rolling in a future front cover stunner!!!
