Extension Housing Lengths for Ford Gearboxes.

Just establishing a bit of a data base on the forum for future reference.

 

Anyone who has a gearbox accessible for measurement it would be great if you could post.

 

Was after the measurement from the gearbox face of the extension housing to the gearstick centre and the entire length to the output shaft.

Type 9, rear of main case to centre of gearstick hole 345mm. From tip of input shaft to rear of extension housing 780mm cheers Col

These measurements are from short shaft box, the v6 box overhall length will be longer think about 25 mm on input shaft rest should be same.
