Hi can anybody tell which features are in the November issue of Retro Ford Mag? I have been to all my local news agents and super markets and none has an issue. I am after the issue which features how fit mk1 Escort front wings. It was mentioned in the September issue I think and should have been out in the next issue but when I checked October's issue it wasn't in there. Maybe it's not been published yet?

I've got November issue which was out in October, nothing about wings in that, angle box towing a caravan on front cover, next issue out 9 November I think it said?

Ok thanks for the replys I am sure it was the September issue in the our cars section one of the blokes is doing an RS2000 up an just had the front wings and front panel fitted. It said there would be a feature on fitting them in the next edition.

The secret is measure measure measure then measure again before trying to fit panels

You could always do a dry fit using self tappers to secure with elongated holes in panels for a bit of adjustment

Always use screws first

Then you can plug weld it after

Use weld through primer

Job done

fit and align the bonnet to the scuttle first and keep it on whilst everything else is welded, and keep checking as you go, if something doesn't fit, make it fit before you weld, work carefully and logically and you'll get a good result. all the best !

This has always been the case with Retro Ford it's very hard to track down.  The same with Perfromance Ford which I believe is owned by the same company.
