I have this issue if I log in through Windows exlporer on my laptop with Windows 10.  If I log in through Chrome on the same laptop, I don't have an issue.

 

As he says, it's internet explorer on Windows. Get shot of it and upgrade your browser for one that performs better......................or is that also against the OEM only rules? A kit browser so to speak?
