Having fitted double width and anti dive on my Tina found that the tca ball joints are not plumb ie because the mounts are low on the front chassis ( engine height dictates this) anti roll bar it twists the tcas. I've read if you heat the anti- roll bar to cherry red then leave to cool naturally you can bend it to desired position then re- heat to a blue colour then quench in water to retemper. Of course the bar is made of Spring steel can anyone confirm this can be done. Don't want to go to compression struts and start using a fancy anti- roll bar kit.

If you value your life, and the life of fellow motorists is not a good idea to do this yourself.

Work out the measurements you require then take the anti roll bar to a good suspension manufacturer or suspension shop who does custom work.

They will know heat treating companies who can correctly anneal (soften), bend, then correctly re-temper the bar to industry standards.

It won't cost much either.

If you have no joy, google "heat treatment companies" near to you. They may be able to assist you directly. Especially if you offer cash folding money no receipts.

De tempering, bending can be done, but as said, it then needs re-hardening by heating the whole bar uniformly  to red heat, keeping it there for a set time, quench in high flashpoint oil and then tempering in a controlled temperature oven, deffo a job for the professionals!
