Plank on the roof!

Just been watching the local news channel and one of the subjects was about an idiot on the roof of some houses, been there for over 24 hours trying to avoid capture for outstanding naughties. He is known to the police for a various offences inc weapons. There must be at least 40 police officers in attendance fire engine with platform and ambulances. The cost of this twat making a mockery of the forces must be astromical, inconvenience to surrounding residents as no one can go anywhere. Come on police, aierial platform, big stick knock him off hopefully he won't get up. Cart him off end of story

Why waste a cartridge on him, at least the stick could be used again

A figure has been put on this today to get this plank off the roof £100k think someone needs a reality check on how to treat criminals.

Got him down today, approx 36 hrs up there. What a waste of taxpayers money, safety of this plank was the main issue. Think you forfeit this when you start pulling stunts like this. If you fall off or more to the point knocked off and God forbid it was fatal (lol) saves more money on a court case and having to put this plank up in jail. Where we get to again more wasted money from the taxpayer. Wouldn't surprise me if he catches a cold and sues the forces for not supplying him with a coat and hot drinks while he was up there!!!

thats another story if the defendant gets injured whilst been apprehended by the police...... It's bloody farcical.
