It's an ad for a 1930's Ford Coupe. Not sure what's meant by a campaign though.

Well if I understand correctly you enter 1$ fee and leave a pitch why you should get the thing. After there is enought money the voting begins. So it's kinda like the lottery or contest where the most popular pitch wins. I entered the competition yesterday ( it was 1.85 actually).
