DT36 Posted December 28, 2018 Report Posted December 28, 2018 Do you have a private unit for your own work Ray, or do you run a business out of it? Cars looking stunning by the way.

Cars looking stunning by the way. that unit you see is rented, as at the moment the units I own are rented out, but in 6 months time, one of mine will be freed up, and I will be moving there, as the rents here have just had an enormous rent increase, so its no longer financially viable to both own and rent its a personal let, no business run from it now, I did for a while, so its just their for my cars, again making the financial aspect, less worth renting, when you own one 1
DT36 Posted December 29, 2018 Report Posted December 29, 2018 Rent seems to be shooting up everywhere. Looks a good size though. I've recently had planning passed for a second garage at the side of my house and hoping to get the ground work started after the winter. This should give me some space over what I have now.
katana Posted December 29, 2018 Report Posted December 29, 2018 Have to ask - what's with the door mirrors? Why vertical orientation and not horizontal? It occurs to me they'd be great to see any overtaking planes but a bit limited for the truck that is in the blind spot?
DT36 Posted December 29, 2018 Report Posted December 29, 2018 I'm going with the width of the doors on the unit with that one.

They just look odd, is all!

katana Posted December 30, 2018 Report Posted December 30, 2018 Agreed but seems many types of mirrors were fitted - these look factory (what factory one can't say) but horizontal is / was a possibility. In your pictures, a position between 2 and 3 would seem ok? But I guess if you like them vertical.................it's your train set!

katana Posted December 30, 2018 Report Posted December 30, 2018 Ah - that'll be why - I was looking at 1300 XL's - apologies! 1
