i also have one of those but is out of a left hooker so would need modifying slightly, its a 3 piece, wrapped and came out of a 200+bhp berg cup race car

it won't fit with the servo tower in place, some of the smaller 4 branches do fit but the better ones, rally types need a bias pedal box in place for the room. being from a left hand drive it needs a slight alteration to clear the steering rack. i bought it unseen, and didn't know it was from a left hand drive car till i'd bought it.

Hi not sure if any good for escort.a picture would be good tho.cheers

capri ones sweep back more towards the bulkhead so will still need altering, but can't complain for free.

Will put a picy up later when I get home, but yeah, lot more room in a 4 cylinder Capri engine bay, would the original cast RS manifold not be a perfect fit !!??, I was under the belief that the cast RS joby flowed quite well, and far better than the cast non RS type exhaust manifold.

Wish I had,  I bought a new Group 1 manifold back in the early 90,s, and I sold the standard RS manifold on Ebay about 4 years back, should have kept it now as they are getting a bit rare without cracks in, seen a few come up on Ebay over the last couple of years, but the prices are going up as well, a nice one now is £200+.

i had a mint standard rs manifold from my rs2000, advertised it loads of times and took it to newark auto jumble countless times and no interest. sold it for 30 quid about 5 years back and with my luck they are now a fortune

After long last, got around to taking a pic, I might be slow, but I am SHI**, !!!!!?????

Don't think it would go into a Escort Engine bay, with the brake servo tower and clutch cable and whatever, for me I do prefer the original cast "RS" manifold, but that is how I like my cars, standard from factory, albeit mine is GP1 cast manifold, still looks the same but a bit thicker.
