Alternating fusebox what model?

hi folks, rather than go on google and have an array of fitments etc... thought it best to come to the source!

had a look through my junk, found these, can you tell me what models these 2 parts are specifically for?

Fusebox looks fairly std. Escort mk2. Alternator bracket off a Pinto so could be RS Escort (!!!), Cortina or Granny?

Thought the RS alt mounts had rubber inserts ?

What would be the point of that?

Its bolted to the engine, and relies on swivelling mount to tension the belt so adding rubber bushes just introduces a slack belt!

Ford wisdom 🤔 some Vauxhall models also use rubber bushes in the alternator mount. Hence the use of earth straps from alternator to engine even though they earth through the adjuster.

if you look closely at the pic below you can see the rubber inserts.

rs2000 yes definately did

LOL - I sold one and didn't even notice the rubbers - probably had a Cortina one fitted !

Yes that’s a mk3 cortina pinto bracket the rs2000 one has rubber bushes and lower mounting
