Truthfully providing they're not buckled or badly kerbed it's not that difficult to do the bulk of it yourself

 

Get some nitromourse on them to take all the excess and old paint off (front and back)

 

Find a metal polishing company that can do machine polishing, this will take out any shallow marks pitting or scratching. Mine cost me £20 per wheel last year.

 

Get them back and mask up all the polished bits then apply some good quality undercoat, top coat and laquer.

 

Or send them away and pay something daft like £70 to £80 per wheel plus carriage there and back

There's a guy that lives behind my parents in fareham that does it. I gotta speak to him about gettin my brooklands wheels done so i can ask him if you like. What sort of condition are yours in?
