I'm sure if they can be produced economically, can be sold at a reasonable cost and that a metal piece doesn't wear or break the switch assembly - you'll sell loads, maybe. Doesn't look to difficult for a CNC mill once the part has been CAD'd out - good luck.

I have a good plastic one I have been planning on having copied but wasn't sure where to go about it. So if your doing a multiple batch thingy count me in! 1
