lol im into three figures easy but im 43 and they wernt so old when i was young we used to scrape mk1 and mk2 escorts they were scrape back then lol

 

and old fords were ten pence to a pound and ive had most things

tina's and capri's beacame wothless when the mk1 sierra and mk3 escort came along the old xr3 and xr3i was a awsome car of its time so fast and handled compared to a rwd escort or a capri,

 

sorry to bring plastic into it its kind of funny really ever one i knew got rid of their 2.8i and rs 2000 for rs turbo's and xr3i and the good old xr4i lol

I.ve been buying them and selling them on since i was 16 which was back in 1976 and the very first 1 i bought was an anglia with a 1600 x flow in it and i paid about 40 quid for it.only just today i.ve been offered 2 anglias but no more for me i'm fed up with the piece of shite i already have but have had this the longest.lol

So many I've lost count, well over 50 but they wernt all "old skool" at the time of owning them.

 

Not sure if mk1 fiesta's count but I was buying and selling about 3 per month at one stage when they were failing Mot on sills and wasn't worth more then £100 a piece with no Mot, did the same with Mk1 escorts for ages when I was 17 - 20, remember buying 3 mk1 escort estates in one go from a family friend !!!

I loved each and every one I ever owned.mk1 Cortina gt,mk1 capri 1600gt,mk2 Cortina 2 dr 1500gt,consul classic,mk2 Cortina 4 dr i600,2 x consul capri gt's,mk3 zephyr 4,1950 sit up n beg popular,mk1 escort gt. I have never compiled a list before and each car has a particular good memory for me. I still regret selling the 2 door mk2 Cortina to this day(28 years later).in truth it was the most unreliable of all the above but  it was bright red on lotus steels with the clocks on top the dash..and...ah good times.
