Easy one for me this, Ricky Hutchins Mk2 Escy, I just love it to bits....spose it seems a bit bland when you compare it to some of the expensive and original cars mentioned previously, but thats my dream car and maybe one day........

my car but with cossie power 8)

 

I'd have to agree.

My car, properly restored (acid dipped ect..),

same colour, starmags, mex arches and pretty standard looking

but 5 linked, 350bhp cossie lump and all the trick bits.

mk1 capri with a cologne kit and ducktail spoiler and the quad headlights. front chin spoiler bullet mirrors, tubbed and running seriously wide wheels

with a hardcore ford v8 under the bonnet,

 

chopped down the middle lengthways and widened about 4 or 5 inches the entire car ! to make it more comfortable for long journeys with 2 big ppl in it

 

in my mk3 dad and i touch shoulders while sitting in it

 

4 big comfy seats long range fuel tanks

id put my mk in concourse but use it, then id do a 2door with a daft engine then take it on the gumball

 

id have a mustang and a GT40 a classic touring car spec mk1 lotus and a spacccc frame mk rs2000 ith a twin turbo LS1 v8 an try to make it th fastest osf :ykt:

I could never afford it even if it ever did, ive always wanted to build my own and fully spaceframe it (like Jamies at Jtech) but it would look very similar to Rickys as its well thought out. Maybe when the kids are a bit older, who knows.

I agree, plenty of money, you would buy the lot, a bit of everything out there!

Stick them all in a museum, take each of them out when you like !

sure was, i think he bid it up to £20000 nd it sold for £35000 :(

 

We were there in the silver jeep cherokee orvis and i think possibly the grey mk1 with 1500 miles on the clock from new :thumbsup:

remember it, it looked to good to use, have you still got it?

nope its now in Ireland, do you remember the maroon mk1 with 8000 on the clock?

do you remember the unregistered mk1 that was on ebay last year?

We bid that up to about £11500, and missed out on it by pennies :(

yep' went to silverstone for a photoshoot with a racing lotus, only had a days notice of it from karen c, had to pull in some big favours at work to get the day off 8)

i dont remeber the marron one but he showed me the grey one when i went to look at my mk1 when your dad owned it - we came up in the capri

horrid colour scheme, grey with a red interior :lol:

the engine bay was a bit grubby

This is our maroon mk1, and it is much better, the grey ones chrome was pitted and it could have done with a respray, this ones mint :thumbsup:

antz u coppied my lol myn would have to be my car but sleeper style either with 1800x-flow 2.4 pinto. or a mad cossie but with grp 4 bits on but keepin it lookin standard ish

2 second would have to be my dads mk3 tine gt cos its the car from my childhood an means alot 2 me 3rd choice thers quite a few lol

GT40 with as much Nos as it could take :thumbsup:

GT500 Mustang with a B&M Megablower and more Nos than the GT40 :ykt:

Works MK1 and MK2 escort

 

Maybe a 70's Mach1 Mustang like the original Gone in 60 seconds car :wink:
