static Anpr cameras are being installed slowly but surely in every town, city (gas stations) etc as we speak on lamp post and road signs, so even rural cars when they go shopping or for fuel they will eventually get caught out, they have been trialling ANPR cameras on road signs here in newark the last month all mounted halfway up streetlamps, the way i see it fails is the drivers who dont pay for tax an insurance dont often register the cars so unless pulled over never recieve a penalty notice anyway

i actually only need the front half of a prop, input shaft that slides into the tailend of g/box, I'm away for a week in france tomorrow for a week but will count splines i need and diameter of shaft when i get back thanks , Pete

if you have one? i'm after a propshaft from mk3 3.0 zodie / zephyr auto, that would of gone into a borg warner 35 box, an a g/box xmember an mount for same Pete.....

We seem ok here in Newark (between Lincoln & Nottingham) although the river Trent is close to burstin its banks!, gotta be Orrible for people thats living it, I just hope not many classics are starting to swim in their garages an lockups around the country

your car fella so fit what you like, I think the orange round units look good with round h/lights, so maybe original units with rectangular h/lights if you have them? Pete....

Hello everyone, joined up as I love forums for the interestin reading, help an support an this looks like a good site for it, Had my Cortina about 3 an half yrs now an its finally goin in my garage this month for a major rebuild. currently a std 1200 deluxe 1964, bench seat an column change, only non std is the 6x13 wheels, plans are to fit 3.0 essex with borg warner 35 auto box so i can keep the column change but auto stick, have already done my own coilovers (corsair V4 Gt legs) with M16 calipers & eccentric top mounts, and currently rebuilding the Essex with front sump conversion as i want to keep steering box. Think I will start a thread on the project to show progress as it happens. Pete....
