Making the boxes for the 4 link is your only obstacle as floor is different shape to the escort but you could use the kit and modify boxes as rest of kit will work I found cortina anti tramp brackets on a site but where about £400 just for those

Factory locations are pretty much same as the escort straight tramp bar setup

You haven’t got any location above the axle! That is the reason you could possibly move the a frame above the axle and see how it performs but think your exhaust will be in the way So you may be better off getting an anti tramp bar kit

I don’t use hermitite any more a smither of grease on the paper gasket or a instant sealer

The anti roll bar will not affect that however the location of the upper mounts will you say you have A frame location this may not be enough so axle is twisting on springs Slipper spring setup may cure it or proper 4 link tbh maybe anti tramp bars located next to front spring mount

Tramp is usually caused by spring windup buy you say you have coilovers

Bought some twin 40 alloy inlet manifolds today which are the separate type but seeing that people have said there are issues with vibration between the two I’m going to weld them together once they are bolted on the head which should solve that issue so now have twin 40 dcoe or Dellorto 40s need to check the jets in each set ported and polished cylinder head full dry sump system toothed belt water pump/ alternator drive kit rebuilt bottom end but unsure what cam is in it as yet Aldon dizzy I’m still looking for a gear drive kit for the camshaft if anyone knows of one? Really need to get some evenings on the Anglia the next few weeks

Look like period cosmic alloys to me! the people that have said they are not cosmic are probably thinking that’s the style ie the 10 spoke classic design but cosmic made many different designs nice to see something different

So cortina hasn’t sold so looks like I need to paint it and get the interior sorted I’m going to need some lowering springs, some fishnet recaros (possibly some in the pipeline) and some time! I put the replica 4 spokes on today and they fill the arch nicely track wise but needs dropping
