B*llocks. The DVLA have made a HUGE cockup, and lost all my documents. So i have no way to tax the capri... so even if i DO get everything done tomorrow and sunday (which is just about a possibility), the chances of me being able to get it MOT'd, and all my documents turning up are getting steadily closer to nil. Not a happy bunny. I think im going to have to open up to the reality that im just not going to make it the the crapper, and will have to come up as a "visitor" instead. Will make sure i pop over and say hello tho. Is my pass any good to you? Apologies guys. ToGGoT

I'd like to - maybe when the capri is actually finished. I'm spending EVERY spare evening and weekend trying to get her running for the MOT so i can actually get to powderham. After that, i'll be well up for it! ToGGoT

Well...that sucks! Have been asked to go out with some mates on sunday, so not only is the car NOT done, i actually have to drive PAST route 38 in the Frontera... Ooh, the temptation... ToGGoT

The plan is to have the lump in, running, and MOT'd by febuary - so i'd be interested in Powderham this year (Missed it last year). Mt Edgecombe was fairly good this year too - a load of american muscle - and a good few OSF boys too. Again, my Crapper didnt make it (Tho the Jeep did!), but several mates did. (And a Mk3 Capri won Best ford... p*ssin off the GT-350 boys...) She wont be tidy, but she is a work in progress ToGGoT

Dude - If everyone took it THAT seriously, no-one would turn up to meets at all because "Its got a little dent", or, "It doesnt look the same as everyone elses", or, "Someone will look at me funny". Bring it along anyway! More the merrier, and it gives those of us who dont mind a bit of a change something to look at too! Has anyone had any head work done to their motors? I was wondering what sort of costs im looking at to have the heads cleaned, the oil ways done out, and have the airways smoothed out a bit? Never had any serious engine work done - Tho i fiddle with them all the time! Just think this is the way to go... Cheers! ToGGoT
