this is a mate's skyline. it's about 315 bhp & it owes him about 12 grand so far, he wants more power!!! not my cup of tea but it's chuffin' rapid!

mines due for it's first MOT since I've owned it. I've left it at a mates garage so he can give it a look over & then he's taking it to the MOT place I just want it back, I'm missing it (it's only been there 4 days!)

very nearly the same as my first car! same green but mine was dark green on the bottom (painted with a brush by previous owner )

been fiddling in the garage most of the day, i rebuilt the carb after a good clean, checked & cleaned the spark plugs & just tinkered about till... IT'S ALIVE! still needs setting up properly though but i'm proper happy with how it's sounding cheers for all the advice people, i still might go for the 38, i'll have a word with my mechanic next week, see what he says

i think my 32/36 needs replacing, isn't it worth my while getting the 38? shall i just replace like for like or is there any benefit with the 38? sorry for being such a noob

what's the difference between a DGAV & a DGAS? it is for a 2.0 pinto by the way what about a 40 DCOE? how much work would that be & is it worth it? cheers for the help already people

i've been offered a 38 DGAS weber to replace my 32/36 DGAV which is on it's last legs i think. would it be worth my while as i believe it would just be a straight swap? i know i'd have to get the correct jets etc so any advice on that front would be welcome, thanks

on my rattle can diamond white is EL B 3 FB & it's pretty damn close to the original

it a very useful tool, i've got the same one but the cutting discs are very fragile & will break if you look at them hard enough

nice pics dave looks like i missed a good 'un it looks like we got the same a61 ring sticker on the back? i got the wagon running great at about 5 o'clock after messing about most of the day, just needs the carb setting up properly and the bodywork sorting (any recomendations for a good, local bodyshop?)

i'd like a recommendation in the Wakefield/Leeds area for a good bodyshop aswell please. i'd want a full respray i think to sort out my bodged repairs how much do you think i'm looking at for a quick tidy up, the same colour?
