  3. Here's the latest pic's of my GT,little bit of inspiration here from Toby's GT which is what i wanted mine to look like when it was being restored
  4. Easy switch to make but thought i'd put it up on here. Fitted a pair of new Halogen headlights last April with a flat profile and sidelights,which i blanked off with a grommet. I was on my way to the GT's first show at the Chatham Dockyard when i had to drive in a heavy snowshower and got stuck behind a gritter lorry which showered the car and chipped one of the NEW HEADLIGHTS !! I was'nt all that impressed as they had only been in about two days,but i've just replaced them with these Wipac bad boys without the sidelights and prefer the domed look. Got new bulbs and rubber backs supplied with them too in the kit,already installed

  8. Just got home to find Jeff had put this post up. I'd like to firstly pay a huge debt of gratitude to Jeff Harris for taking up his time on Sunday to get my GT back into shape after what had been done to it and also many thanks to all of you for your comments,some very handy tips there but what comes around goes around eventually Hopefully see you at Boxhill ! And many many thanks again Jeff for all your help even though it was a right GIT of a job we still had a sunny day tinkering about with an Old Skool Ford and also Leslie's loverly cup of tea and fresh buttered toast ! Could of killed for a WHIPPY though it was so warm Sunday !

  11. Just like to say a HUGE thank you to East Kent Trims for there excellent service. Only rang them up yesterday at around 1 o'clock and my PUKKA new front quarter light seals and rear quarter rubbers arrived at 8.35 this morning! Brilliant service and very friendly on the phone,have used them before for other trim bits on my GT and have never been dissapointed with their service or quality.
  12. Spotted a stunning Corsair on my way through Badgers Mount today and flashed him What a cracking looking car,was it you ? Light green,looked pretty low

  21. Sorry to let you all know but i was after these end of last year and they have been discontinued because of the pin that sits in the top! They have come to the conclusion that it's DANGEROUS!!!! It has now been replaced with a smaller traffic light bit and no pin. I have fond memeries of going Hot Rod racing with my Dad to Spedeworth meets in his Escort MK 2 with the smell of Feu Orange in the air. I will miss it, R I P Old Skool Feu Orange

Hiyah mate,i've had the same prob's with the P16 caliper's on my 66 GT,eventually i was given another new set of pistons as mine were a little scored and i bought some overhaul kits from a brake specialist near to me which got them sorted.Burton's are still selling them new in their catalogue,made by a company called AMK i think,hope this helps Jiffer

Other clubs have gotta have someone willing to give u a copy of the Tricentral logo aswell?   25. As everyone else has said matey so sorry to hear about this,but it still looks the MUTS NUTS even with a battle scar! wont be long and it'll be looking as good as new again
