Is a 2.5 mundayo but i got it insured now so no worries But will be giving you a call soon about my 2.9 mk3 cappa
-
Can you guys help with normal 1st car run around insurance? Thanks Chris
-
Yeah just keep the angles the same n it should be ok. Try googling remote servo that might bring up how they work etc give you another line to go down. Extending the rod the whole length of the car you might find it gets in the way of other stuff.
-
Yeah if you extend the push rod you can move the servo just gotta make sure you don't change the geometry too much, if you change the angles on the rod you might find it jam against somthing or changes the amount of movement on the pedal. But aslong as you test it before you make the final fixings you should be ok. Had to do a bit of this on a MK1 fezza i had

I work at thorpe and its dead quiet at the mo (but then most parks are reaaly) so no ques in the week and not really bad at the weekend. Fright nights are starting in a couple of weeks so the parks open till 8pm or 10pm and have mazes set up with people scaring the shit out you while you walk round. Thing is thorpes no where as big as alton and doesn't have asmany rides. Kinda depends where you live too n if you fancy a drive. Think you can get cheaper tickets for these parks online too.

unless there caught red handed with your keys who's to know?? I use to be able to get into my cappa with my house keys and my spare keys are the old keys from my MK1 fiesta so its not like you even need to rip the ignition out any old key fits an old lock.
-
i can give you a hand if the other half lets me when i'm down to pick the door up if you've not done it by then
-
I had a rumble/knocking noise coming through my floor once, then the diff went bang!!! But that was at low speeds too, along the way i found the prop to diff bolts were loose and i changed the centre bearing and rubber bush thingy.

Cheers for the replys guys Where abouts are you lee cos i'm away this weekend but am off work tues, wed n thurs unless thats a bit late in the week, or even 2morrow eve if your about.... beakster looks like you've got a better set up garage to me, n you looked a bit more skilled than me but if worst comes to the worst i'll be taking a harder look at those pics as that more or less the bits i need, maybe a little bit smaller than mine Danny69 cheers for the offer but i think i'm gonna try n re route it somehow some where, as i've just patched up the sills inner n outter n don't want them to rust through again
-
Is any one chopping up a capri shell as mine is rotten on the top of the headlight bowl along to the top of the inner wing, its too far gone to patch up as whats left is no thicker than foil So if anyones chopping one up let me know pees Secondally does anyone know where the rubber tube goes that feeds down from the sunroof? To me it looks like it just feeds into the sill, surly that just promotes the sills rusting?? anyhe i managed to melt mine

I use to be a mech for pizza slut so worked on millions of the bloody thing and pergots have rubbish electric's!! Which one is it quite a few are 4 stroke now, n if it is 2 stroke they tend to seize sold with no oil. Is it a carbed one or injection? Get a new plug (they eat them!!), loads of carb cleaner down the plug hole, spin it over to get the excess out, plug back in the try n start it, if its a carbed one full throttle will prob work if its an injection throttle must be closed then pin it when it starts. Try spraying carb cleaner through the carb or try taking the exhaust off cos they clog up with old oil or the cats can collaps. Hope some of this helps Good luck
