Mk1 Dave From someone thats been through this particular ringer big time the best advice i can give is to chill out now you have vented your anger on here. Use the enregy to get it sorted I was so engrossed in the mess of a rogue dealer that i pissed evryone off including the wife and my mates on here it aint worth it ! It consumed me for two years and spoiled the end result when i got the car sorted .... Good luck mate

It not our laws its just waht i know that can happern to us if the company gets all anal the red tape hairy spheres piss'es me off as well m8 There seems to be no recourse outside the law and that doesnt seem fair when we all know ( some more than most ! ) that shoddy companies prey on the customer and take hard earned off them , We all know the cowboys but if we cant speak about it here then how do we warn others against making the same mistake ! The law in my case made an arse of it and the legal costs nearly cost as much as the final refurb , Magazines still put in their adverts and take the money and therefore allow these cowboys to steal our money ! I could name half a dozen that we all agree are shit and useless bastards but it seems that anyone north of perth that advertises in the best magazines are scammers !
