if there is no music in your itunes go to 'file' 'add folder to library' and select where your music is stored. This transfers all music into the itunes screen. Then when your ipod is connected it will appear on the left of the screen. Just drag your music and drop it onto the ipod and it will transfer over.

thing is you can upgrade without taking the HD channels. You still get the better picture quality without the full HD package. Might be an option

no just looked up google there. The older boxes are just scart connections. There is no way to uprate the picture unfortunately. Can you not ask for an upgrade? Ring up sky and say you are going to cancell and get virgin or something and see if they will upgrade it for you in a bid to keep your business

dump the scart lead and use HDMI! or at least componants instead of scart. Its the worst possible connection you will never get 1080p through a scart
