Ring around other local gas registered plumbers near you and explain your position and name the plumber /business you will probably find most builders/plumbers etc know each other and if the bloke you used is known for being "a tradesman" who does good work then another plumber will probably sign it off ,but it might cost you a bit more or if hes know as a bit of a bodger many will leave alone....

I dont think the car gatherings will ever stop at Chelsea as for years they have tried but it still goes on though probably next month there will be a few police about giving inocent tax paying motorists hassle just because we have an interest in old modified cars,,,,,,,,,,

It was just one person moaning but he was never part of the Chelsea gathering back in the good old days late 70's / 80's etc and was put right by many , i wish i had been there saturday but was getting some lotus rims for the project still will be at next one if n when it happens.......

I know the feeling mate last year i had my van done 5 times in 4 weeks each time i had to plate the doors etc as locks etc ripped out then a few months later i had a bit of a dissagreement with the police and i brought it up then they told me they knew who had been doing it , a gypsie family temporily housed 2 streets away but in the police's words everythings fine now.......except i am about 2k down on tools and locks etc.............so sleeping there tonight could be the best thing......Hope you catch them

They were listed last week i think and got to 207 quid if i remember rightly, if the seller only wants 230 then i would have let them go ????

Im partway through a 1929 A pickup small block chevy ,th350 box , chopped n channelled , Z'ed rear chassis and i got just under 6k in it so hopefully another 2k should sort it , needs brake n fuel lines , exhaust n wires so maybe done by end of year if i can be bothered these old skool Fords keep getting in the way ........ive been thinking about selling it recently but who knows ???

Yea had a good day , i had a stall there made a fare bit from selling the stuff ive had 20+ years , brought some good bits for fare money even after paying fuel and entry came home with nearly 200 quid so i would say i had a result........didnt even touch the money i intended to spend dont tell the miss'es

As i mentioned on another thread i remember Puddy and John taking there cars to the Chelsea cruise and over the years turned the cars into the cars that inspired others , i know i spent many nights looking/talking to them both and im pretty sure the 1st car did get totalled but John put another together , even faster
