my v8 capri

hi, here's a few pic's of my car, it is running a v8 rover (TVR) engine, i am hoping to have a go down the 1/4 mile at classic ford show if all gose well with m.o.t., don't know what it will do down but can't wait to find out.

yes m8, but had to sell it on as didn't have the time to spend on it by the way in front of the faith-ful disco was two 2.8i as well as two mk1's in back garden and a covertiable mk3 round my mate's house but my wife said i had to sell some as i could not put the swing-set up we brought out of bq for the kids to play on but least the capri's did'nt argue over who's go it was or make a bloody squake and lot's of other strang noise's but i knew it would all end in tear's i should have sold the kid's cheer's lee

yes mate, late last year, i sold it once but had to buy it back as missed having fun in it, i then put it up on there again near x-mas but then took it off because i couldn't part with it again and people wanted to give me silly money for it, also the wife didn't want me to sell it as she really like's the car, cheers lee

some boy races look and laugh but looks turn to shock most times as these little boys with their saxos,corsas,ect all ways try to race it when you puddle along it is only when you let it rip they relise guts to a car is far more better than big wheels and a cherry bomb if you no what i mean it dont look much but gos like the clappers

you can buy-mine if money is right i can all-ways build anthour because i quite fancy a v8 mk1 the amount of times i been close to breaking this up and putting 3.0 in it but the wife might not be happy

i used to have one in the late 80s excatley the same car same look and colour but a 3.0s but the only diff was that had deep-dish slot mags and no lsd not that the lsd does much in the wet i tend to go back-wards across juctions some-times and spend a lot of time going side-ways that old saying point with the front and stear with the rear is very true but if you can live with these things than yes its

That's Rad. Love slayin those Saxos. Are those propper smoked rear lights or have you sprayed them with something? I tried tint spray but it was rubbish.

:Dhi their mate its only tint spay to get the desired efect you have to do thin layes it is a all day process as you have to wait for each layer to dry when you first start doing it it looks like you have not put any on just take your time and have a few while doing the buss i done mine on lazy sunday
