Guest MK1gaz Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 Well so far it seems that the most common part for ruining a cars look is wheels ( especially those 15 inch or bigger ones ) , fancy rear light lenses ( clear , lexus style etc ) , sunroofs + bodykits ( which includes aerofoils , window loovers , max power front airdames etc ) and exhausts ( that are too big , stick out the middle of the back panel or with multiple tailpipes ) . What about inside the car then , whos seen anything that makes them weep like illuminated skull gearknobs and graffed in wardrobe door cappings !!!!!!!!!
Mk 1 Mark Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 1 T rim that is multicoloured and has different dashes ect 2 O ver the top colour sceams that clas with loud trim 3 S tupid night rider lights on the front 4 S uspension lights under the car ...what that all about 5 E longated or odd shaped steering wheels 6 R usty cars full of fill sold as solid cars..... 7 S tupidly added fur on dashes seat and making the car look like a brothels front room Each to the own but these are a few of my most horrid things

I'm not a big fan of oversize wheels, or bubbles, or spoilers. Not overstruck on ...no, can't think of anything I think is real crap, but I'm sure I'll think of something

You don't like big 15 inch wheels or bubble arches ( same as me then ) but that's only your personal opinion which is good . If anyone has a go at you about it then they don't understand the nature of the thread do they ? So yet again the big wheel debate pops up , we'll do a poll later as so far only about 3 people like them !!!!!!!!!!

I'm with gaz really. there is stuff I like and stuff I don't, but as a rule of thumb I'm not against any mod that still manages to keep the OSF theme. He is only trying to have a bit of banter about things that seem a bit out of taste. If your offended, it's only text words on a screen and so look somewhere else. my pet hates then gaz are many but some that come to mind are massive dtm exhausts out the back and I hate ridiculous ICE what I hate more than all of this is bullshitters. How many of us have met others that stretch the truth and have stupid bhp figures about there cars but have never seen a rolling road to even give them a rough guide. I spoke to a subaru guy once at a track who claimed he had near 400bhp running only 1 bar of boost. Jesus could only have preformed a miracle like this.

You can say fu*koff to someone and mean it with anger or just banter when your ribbing your mate over something. My grip of the language can leave a lot to be desired an I was born here so I just take it as non offensive ramblings first. I hate this about Politicians of today. They ramble on about non offensive crap to gain popularity votes and steer clear of the big decisions that need to be made to govern the country for fear of upsetting the voters. I think I've stretched this debate a bit far now and said my two pennies worth with two posts and will leave for people to make own minds up. all the best what ever your mods

Be a bit more subtle mate,you keep saying 15" wheels look pants,personally I think that 13" wheels on big arched cars look shit.You could fit another wheel into the gap between the tyre and the arch!But,on a standard arched car,13s look the mutts! And everyone seems to agree about the oval strut braces so at least we can agree on something!
