Finally got a daily, and its an oldschool (sort of) ford. MK4 Cortina Ghia, has quite a fancy interior, cloth interior which smells weird lol and wood everywhere etc etc.

Got it for $1450, which is pretty good i reckon cos they did want 2.7k for it, i am the forth owner and it done 180,000km. Also has sweet sheepskin seat covers

 

Any one know how many of these were made? I have been told cos its a ghia they are semi rare.

Any mkIV is getting rare, I'd sare the rarest is in fact the MkIV 2.0S but I'm not really a cortina expert.

Thanks guys, i have added a sheepskin steering wheel cover now so mite get some pics up of that. It rained the other day so time to seal up all the leaks!

 

My temp doesnt seem to be getting very high too, hardly even reads on the gauge, so will that mean it doesnt have a thermostat?
