I'm gonna get the Escort out of my garage and onto a trailer then whisk it over to Ian the magic Welder blokes for some good lovin...

 

Anyone can give me a hand to get the thing off the spit, onto the trailer, off the trailer and back onto the spit..... need about 7 or 8 peeps ( dont want to drop it do I) possibly Sunday morning or one evening week after next..

I may be able to if needed but need a day or twos notice - we lifted my Gp4 shell with 4 people using 2 fence posts, 1 through the rear arches on the rails and the other under the front chassis rails - engine crane works well too.

I have also done it with 2 people if you get stuck mate, use an engine crane with some rope going through both front turrets and then lift the back, bit more awkward bit if ya stuck will do the job
