texr2000 Posted October 1, 2007 Report Posted October 1, 2007 A guy at work had a 'HS' One with the 2.3 spent loads tuning it, could never get it running right, sold it to someone who set up the carbs and the timing and it was shite of a shovel! Sounded nice as well! Pretty rare as well… I quite like the Talbot Lotus Sunbeam… Lotus badge…

Mr Sam Posted October 1, 2007 Report Posted October 1, 2007 there was a propper job pro street viva estate at shakey on satdy i had a long conversation with an old chap at a show earlier on in the year he had a viva estate we were discussing what cars we liked, i prefered the old stuff with whacking great V8's and rear tyres a foot wide, id love to show him this pro street one
Josh_gsy Posted October 2, 2007 Author Report Posted October 2, 2007 yea i just was curious as my bro's old estate was rwd and it would be cool to have a hatch back as there cheap!
ChristophStone Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 Thinking of a viva as my first car, they're not too expensive at the mo. Cheap to insure, RWD, just not quite as cool as a ford, but that can wait!
Mick The Mig Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 Had a SHUV'IT about 20 years ago, bought it from a dealer with a G'tee. Engine sounded a bit rough so we thrashed it up to Scotland and back with not a lot of oil in it, by then it sounded very rough, topped up the engine with old oil and took it back to dealers and got a free recon engine. Used it for work for next two years and added about 50,000 miles with no trouble at all.
Trevmk3 Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 a quick Video of one on sunday at Chatsworth
Twinkle Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 my m8 used to have one, put a pinto in it went like fookin stink!!
