escort21 Posted December 2, 2007 Report Posted December 2, 2007 In all honesty i can't see one car there that could be restored
jonny boy Posted December 2, 2007 Report Posted December 2, 2007 Ah the famous "dust pan and brush" auction of classic cars at Duckworths motor spares in Cornwall, in all fairness there was some much better stuff there too but this was the top yard which housed the stuff that had been there for years, sad thing was that I know people (myself included) that had tried to buy some of these cars for years but were told that there would be a big auction....shame it was 10/15 years too late for a lot of the cars
Nettles Posted December 2, 2007 Report Posted December 2, 2007 It’s a shame to see old Fords like that. As said before some of those maybe could have been rescued a few years earlier.
action dan Posted December 2, 2007 Report Posted December 2, 2007 if i remember rightly didnt the mex that was in side but in the same kind off condition sell for like £2k
BlueMerlin Posted December 2, 2007 Report Posted December 2, 2007 I attended this also, dust pan and brush definitely the right phrase. Got my set of clocks for a bargain but the 32/36 weber was cream crackered.
