Congratulations!!

But in my experience, the best drivers pass the second time....

why do people who pass second time always say that

WELL DONE I PASS FIRST TIME 2 :D WE ARE THE BEST!

Yeah I passed second time. The guy who failed me had passed my sister first time. Then I passed with the chief examiner. My sister is a terrible driver, doesn't like motorways, refuses to drive on the inner ring road in Bradford.

Oh, and I've never written a car off.

thats not just your sister, most women i know dont like driving on motorways

think it comes down to a little bit of luck on the day(i think we all got nervous) and some people can keep calmer under pressure

Well Done Tho!

i was a second time pass with 1 minor...

maybe i should do what some of my mates did and wear a short skirt and low cut when i take my test again.... :P

mine is over 2 grand... so dont whinge lol

I'm sowwy  I've got £75 left till 24th Nov (pay day). I'm having to ask my dad to help me with the deposit. I hate asking em for things like that. I paid for all my lessons and travel to college etc. I'm weird like that- like to be independent.

Oh and I covered up on my test, didn't want them to pass me because I have a pair of boobs. hehehe

lol yea it does happen tho i do wonder how some people pass and showing a little cleavage must be the answer....

respect for trying too be independant im the same. i payed for my lessons, test, tax, petrol, insurance, car everything myself... i hate those little spongers who Mummy and Daddy buy them a brand new corsa and insure it for them and everything and they still moan lol

Hardly anyone will let me pay monthly because I'm under 18! Argh- as if it isn't hard enough.

I know a few people who've had everything bought for them and they're still like "oh but I've got no money"

*slap* Grrr!!!

yeah, got a flatmate like that, her parents bought her the car and give her £100 a week to live on  nice enough girl though

you're always gonna have trouble under the age of 20 or so, the insurance companies just aren't gonna like you

my brother is paying about £2k for his insurance on a pug 205 cos he got 6 points before he even had a licence (idiot) so cheer up, there's always someone worse off :D

Yeah you're right. I just don't know how people can aford insurance. My car doesn't go very fast and is bog standard.

I'm not some boy racer in a Citroen Saxo. I'm a 17 yr old student that just wants to be able to drive to college and work.

Argh.

I phoned Kwik Fit coz they quoted me a reasonable amount and I could pay monthly (or so it said)

Then I got a load of bull poo about being under 18 so I have to pay it in one go.

Where did it say that?????? They obviously knew that it's still being advertised because they knew what website I must've been on.

Sorry to go on, but I just want to be able to drive!!!!!!
