Hi i thought it time to introduce myself, i joined up 5-6 weeks ago as i was looking at getting back into an old ford, my first car was a 1.1 4 door mk1 which i loved and i've always wanted another mk1 escort.

I put a post up 2 weeks ago as i was offered a mk2 2door auto i went to view the car and was so near buying it when i found a mk1 escort van which upon looking at the desision was made and it is going to be sat in my workshop nexted week.

It's going to need a bit of work so no dought i'l be asking a number of question's for you guy/gals to answer but look forward to getting out and about again soon.

Hi i'm near chelmsford, any other's round this way?

 

I'm in Ingatestone not far from you!!! Not really many meets in Essex so I tend to go to the Medway Meets in Kent, which are held every second Thurs. of the month. You should try and make it down. Keep any eye out for the next one in the Meets section :thumbsup:
